"I work collaboratively with people to resolve their problems and issues. I treat depression, stress and anxiety, trauma, and grief and loss in men and women. I have considerable experience with families with acting out or depressed children and adolescents. I find satisfaction in working with couples with relationship difficulties. I do premarital counseling. I am comfortable working with people with varying religious backgrounds, cultural differences and sexual orientations.
I help individuals, couples and families break the cycles that keep them stuck. I use cognitive behavioral, possibility, narrative and brief therapies to change peoples' thinking, perspectives and choices. I do long term and deeper work where indicated. My intent is to empower people to realize their full potential and have a transformative experience.
