I love what I do and continue to challenge myself to grow as a therapist. I have an adult and adolescent psychotherapy practice. I work with individuals, couples and families, and I supervise therapists in their work.
I have been in practice since 1987. I have extensive training in counseling men (from a pro-feminist perspective), couple's counseling, depression, anxiety, addictions (including sexual addictions and eating disorders).
I work collaboratively with each client to develop a unique treatment plan that includes, warmth, care and excellent clinical practice. I am engaging, interactive and have a sense of humor.
I work as a coach and mentor to assist you in making changes in your life that can enhance your sense of well-being, satisfaction, confidence and competence. I am non-judgmental, smart, creative and a good problem solver.
I am available for brief solution focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy or long term personal growth therapy.
