Sandra Simpson, MS, LMHC
Sandra has been in private practice since the early eighties in the greater Seattle area. She combines her clinical training and intuitive style to work effectively with adult individuals, couples (gay and straight) and groups. Her work is primarily process driven, and her specialties include grief and loss, bipolar and mood disorders as well as chronic illness. She has provided psychiatric evaluations for King County for seven years and served on several commitees for the County.

Sandra faciilitates workshops for mothers and couples who seek more intimacy, She is a well received speaker.

Education and certification: Masters of Science in Counseling Psychology, B.A. in Women's Studies, B.S. in Clinical Psychology, Washington Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Certified Grief and Loss Counselor, Certified Traumatic Loss Counselor, Eating Disorder Specialist Sandra is the proud parent of four wonderful children, four (plus) grandchildren, two cats and one dog. She enjoys painting, kayaking, white water rafting, cross country skiing, reading and music.
